Introducing our High-Quality Roof and Gutter Sealant – a reliable solution based on acrylic dispersion, designed for repairing small leaks in roofs and gutters. This premium sealant provides a long-lasting, permanently flexible, and waterproof seal that is resistant to various weather conditions.

Key Features:

• Surface Preparation: Suitable for application on clean, dry substrates free of grease and dust

• Application Temperature: +5°C to +40°C

• Application Instructions: Apply with a standard sealant gun, cut nozzle at a 45° angle, and smooth down within 20 minutes of application using a spatula or wetted gloved finger.

• Cleaning: Tools can be cleaned with water, and the sealant can be cleaned with water and soap before curing.

• Limitations: Not suitable for continuous exposure to water. Not suitable for certain substrates, including PP, PE, PC, PMMA, PTFE, soft plastics, neoprene, and bituminous substrates.

CAUTION:

• Keep out of reach of children.

• Wash skin thoroughly after handling.

• Wear protective gloves, eye protection, and face protection.

• Dispose of contents/container in accordance with local regulations.

• Safety datasheet available on request.

• Bathe the eye with running water for 15 minutes. If irritation persists, seek medical attention.
